-Dispositive of dried paint drops:
The process is a repetition of the same gesture but whose result is in a random form. The painting is no longer flat but made of a three-dimensional substance.
Raising black as colour is for some questionable, nevertheless Michel Pastoureau and Pierre Soulages have defended this positioning tremendously.
I tried to approach it's materiality, redefining the gesture of using paint, shadow. Prolonging in this sense one into another. When does the painting stops ? Becomes sculpture or even installation ?
The name by which everything is defined intrinsically brings a meaning, a function and a use. Why do we necessarily or at least often reduce the frame of abilities of a word ?
